[SOLVED] Configuring the menu bar?

I cannot figure out how to edit the left vertical bar with the firefox icon on the top above the power icons. Please show me the way. Thanks.

The left-most vertical bar in the Cinnamon Application Menu is the Favorites bar.
Please, find how to add items to the Favorites and how to remove items from the Favorites using drag & drop here:

That was too easy.

Oh, there is a procedure which requires more steps in order to achieve the same goal. That procedure avoids drag & drop.

As your question has been answered, you might like to mark your thread as [solved]. In order to do so, go back to your first post, click on the edit icon (the one with the pencil []) and prefix [solved] in the Subject: field. Finally click on the [Submit] button.
