Cinnamon from Ubuntu repositories?

Hi, I was wondering what the status of Cinnamon on Ubuntu is? The PPA says "This PPA will not be receiving any new updates. You can now install cinnamon from the official Ubuntu repositories." However, the official repository has it in a "proposed" state. Will it graduated from "proposed" before Ubuntu 14.04 is released next week?
