Not really. Your best bet is to find various conky scripts and peruse them and see what's what. That is what I did (no programming ability, etc) and it took some time, but now I'm pretty comfortable making my own conky scripts. I recommend heading to conky.sourceforge.net and checking out the documentation there, as well. Such as it is.
