SOLVED Proxy settings not working after update
I configure my proxy settings with gnome-control-control-center. After an update... my settings stop working. ThunderBird, Iceape, Dropbox... they are ignoring my settings. I checked my address and port in gnome-control-center/network/network/proxy and they look right. But for some reason they are not working.

Re: Proxy settings not working after update
I resolve the problem.
I am not sure what of theses 2 actions resolve the issue:
1) I decided to include this line: export http_proxy="http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:xxxx" on my /home/user/.bashrc, and...
2) I modified my sources.list. They are pointing to Debian Testing right now.
So it is fixed.
