As thread title says, I'm a new user. I recently switched from Windows 11 to 21.3 Cinnamon. I am using an HP Pavilion 15 Laptop.
Some observations:
- Audio is a little bit weaker compared to windows. I am looking for a work around regarding this.
- Linux Mint just occupied around 25+ GB of my SSD, Windows on the other hand ate twice of that.
- I was worried my printer wont run at first but after looking for instructions online, it just took me 5 minutes to install and print. Whew.
- I am surprised most of the things(apps if you may) I do with windows, I can find an alternative. Very convenient, but as a first timer I have to get used to everything ofc!
