Hi everyone,
I have finally made the change. Day one of Mint Cinnamon install on a fresh pc build. I have wanted to use linux for many years, but fear of the terminal has held me back. It's nice to have some distros that are friendly for those not versed in the arts....
I will have my old win 11 machine while I get used to Mint and it become my 'daily' as it were. Then I plan to turn the old PC into a home lab with proxmox and unraid, as well as it be a media server with jellyfin/plex.
I have a lot of reading on this forum to do.
Cheers

It is similar to ctrl alt delete and selecting to shut down a non responsive program. However, xkill is a million time better. After running the command, just click on the program that is giving you problems.... and poof
welcome to Linux
