[ABANDONED] Since upgrade to 21.3 I passwords and keys problem in Nemo

Before the upgrade if I right clicked on a pgp (gpg) encrypted file the default app for decrypting was passwords and keys. Now it's not. It's not even on the list of other programs to use.

How do I get this to work again like it used to?

The way it used to work is if I right clicked on a file one option was to "Encrypt". That option still exists. If I right clicked on a PGP (GPG) file I got an option "Open with" and one of the choices was the Nemo decryption app (I assume some part of Seahorse, (I've forgotten was the name was). Now all I get is, Open with: LibreOffice writer, Okular, and Text Editor".

I looked and found a couple of suggestions on the web.

The suggestion in the second site doesn't work because under Edit > Preferences > Context Menus: there is no option for encrypt or decrypt. I can't search for the right app for decryption because I don't know what the name for it is. The problem with first site is that it is beyond my current knowledge level.

Is Nemo Seahorse installed? Is it enabled?

In Nemo: Edit > Plugins > Extensions

Yes to both questions.

It's been a couple weeks so I have installed KPGP and it does appear in the list of apps to decrypt a PGP file with. So I'll just mark this abandoned.
