Nice surprise, while browsing apps in OpenSUZE I have noticed xed and installed it. I wish Debian would include xed in its repositories as well.

XED is my favorite editor for simple stuff

temporary notes to hold for a few minutes, or to later 'Save As' with a new .docx extension for later formatting of a URL
