Mozilla just announced a new Firefox Nightly build APT repository, for Linux Mint and other Debian/Ubuntu based distributions, to easily install Firefox Nightly if you're interested in that:

You can install and run it side-by-side with the regular Firefox version. You can run both at the same time; they have a different name and icon so there's no confusing them. It can be useful to check if a bug or annoyance you're affected by may already be fixed in a future version. Or just to take a look at the experimental features being worked on.

but wasn't the official Ubuntu's excuse for replacing firefox apt package with snap that Mozilla asked them to do so coz it was such a bother for Mozilla to maintain an apt repo? Now Mozilla themselves offer us a nightly one...
