I want know is it Linuxmint is compatible with Raspberry, Banana Pi, CubieBoard, Odroid ? . Can I install Linux on it along with Remmina and use it as dump terminal or mini compute in production environment.

You're linking to computers with ARM processors. Linux Mint is available only for x86 and x86-64 processors.

Arch Linux, Debian, and Ubuntu all have ARM ports of their distribution. Many other distributions have ARM ports. Some are optimized for specific devices or optimized for specific ARM processors (ARMv6 or ARMv7 for example). Generally for the devices you list you can find some community website (a wiki or forum) where you can find lists of compatible operating systems and which of these are optimized for the particular device.

The default OS for the raspberry pi is 'raspian', which is like an ARM version of debian.
I would recommend using the default OS for such a unique device. There is a huge community of people who try to recreate everything with there pi's, it's something i want to get into myself.
You could no doubt do what you need with a lot of research and effort.
