Is there someone who knows how to build CommodoreOS Vision (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKpXiUD6Tc8) into your own linux-distro ?
I search the whole internet to find a way but no succes

It's dead and gone: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commodore_OS. It used the VICE emulator which though almost 3 years dead now also might still work and be installable. Google shows you can still find it on VirtualBoxImages.com so you could run it in VirtualBox to see what additional software / themes / whatnot it had installed. Be careful though; this is software from an untrusted source! It woulnd't use it. Time to move on
