Codecademy badges on chrome/firefox

Post by nramjieawan »

Hi all. I have been using codecademy.com for a while now to learn to code. I recently switched over from windows 8.1 to Linux mint. Whenever I completed a course on codecademy in chrome on windows 8 I would get a pop up that allowed me to tweet my achievement onto twitter. However since switching over to mint I no longer get these popups. I thought it might be the popup blocker in chrome denying it. After checking the settings everything seems fine.
I tried firefox and the same thing happens...all I get is the pop up message stating the completion of the course but no option of tweeting.
This is not a big deal but it just bugs me to know that it should be working but it's not.
