I have a 6-core athlon. 99% of users probably have CPUs with more then 1 core.
Many apps only utilize 1 core. They max 1 core, the governour does nothing and the cpu stays at the lowest frequency.
Instead it should max the frequency to improve performance.
Why is it not doing that? It's so obvious. It's so stupid.
