I imagine something as elaborate as that would have taken up a lot of RAM space on a 32MB machine and with the amount of colour as well it can't have been much good for helping the machine save power.

I remember it and love it as well. I was just so immersive for it's time. I had no idea a screensaver would look like that.

Flying Toasters was far more awesome then the Win 95 Maze.
I was just a little kid when I saw that screensaver on my dad's laptop. It gave me nightmares...
