panel is missing

Post by emmy »

I tried to log out, which I don't normally do. The screen went black and I didn't have the option to log back in. I forced shutdown, and when I restarted the computer, my panel was gone. My desktop backgrounds were also reset to the default. I created a new panel, which is called Panel 2. I can see that panel 1 still exists, but I can't figure out how to get it back.

Could it be the Opacity is set to zero ? Or the width (row size) set to zero ?

You can right-click on the second panel > from the popup choose Panel > Preferences, then you can switch to panel 1 using the drop down list.
