Is there a way to add the Mate Menu to Xfce?

Post by lend27 »

I prefer the expanded menu in Mate. But I like Xfce otherwise. Is there a way to add the expanded menu in Mate to Xfce?

Thanks!

The only way is to use Mint 13 Xfce. That was the last one to use the Mint Menu that is still currently supported. If I recall correctly it wasn't dropped from Xfce because Clem wanted to change it, but because of changes in dependencies that wouldn't allow the menu to function properly.
