Post by hokuspokus »

Hello

How to set wallpaper in xfce?

I always used this command to change the wallpaper :
xfconf-query -c xfce4-desktop -p /backdrop/screen0/monitor0/image-path -s picture.jpg
But this doe not work anymore
Is there another way to set a wallpaper using the command line

thanks

I don't know the command line (someone else?). But you should be able to use whatever wallpaper you want by adding to /usr/share/xfce4/backdrops .
