Screen Effects

Is it possible to get screen effects under xfce? Is there a package out there I need to install to enable screen effects? (I see MATE, and Cinammon Mint have effects - but have not found them in xfce version.)

OK - so I did some looking around and I see there is something called compiz. Is there a way I can get this to work on Mint XFCE 16 without having to issue commands in a command line? Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to install compiz? I installed some compiz packages - but I could not get compiz to work at all. Can someone give me instructions and/or the right packages I need to install?

For those that might be frustrated with compiz - I have installed kwin packages and that was easy to install and use. Good instructions here...
