I have found font display on the desktop to be too small to read. Having struggled with this issue for some time, I found the solution was to go into setting / fonts and uncheck custom DPI. Now all fonts that have to do with "menu" type items display perfectly. This works for all applications except anything KDE based. So K3B and Digikam are unusable because they are unreadable.
Does anyone know where I can make similar adjustments to the KDE applications?
Thanks in advance!
Richard
ps I am using Mint XVCE 64 version 15.

Re: font display on big screen tv [SOLVED]
Enable DPI and increase the value. This seems obvious but I though I'd tried it! Sorry to waste your time.
