Hello.
A few days ago, I installed by first time KDE in LM17 (before, I was used mate).
Well, my problem is, I don't want that my computer have a time synchronization, I like have my watch a few minutes advanced.
I uncheck that sync with server, or with ntp server.
I installed a system-config-date, I uncheck that syn, I deleted the ntp servers (only ntp servers in system-config-date).
None of this works.
I establish my time and a some minutes after, the system sync the time.
It may seem silly, but I'm really desperate because I do no more, I've searched and searched on google but found nothing.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Time synchronization
Perhaps it is syncing with BIOS. Try nudging it forward a few minutes.
I must say your question kicked me into memory-land. When I was a kid way before the net and cells, clocks most places were out of sync by a few minutes. So I used to keep my watch about 5 minutes fast.

Re: Time synchronization
Yes, I try changing the time iun BIOS, but not solved, after a minuts, again, the system sync.
I solved the issue uninstalling NTP.
