I'm sure you will be advised to stick to one thread to save clutter so don't be surprised if your post gets merged by a mod',

have you tried the driver manager with an ethernet cable attached? you won't be able to install without a connection.

it tells Me that the driver is the latest version and then says o changes nothing modified
