LINKSYS WUSB6300 for linux mint

Post by ascvdth »

I got a LINKSYS WUSB6300 for Linux mint and tried too look around on the internet to see how to set it up. i found this. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2200496 But u need to connect to the internet to install the drivers. I am using Linux Mint 64 bit.The computer i want to put this on is not near the router and its a desktop so i cannot connect to directly to it. also, it has no optical drive so i cant use the disk to get it. I have a laptop that i am using to type this and it has internet and i have windows 10 dual booted on the computer that has Linux and the internet works there too(if that helps at all). i know 0 about Linux mint and am a complete n00b. I read that Ubuntu and Linux mint are similar with compatibility so that's why its on Ubuntu forums. Thanks!
