Wifi Bluetooth don't connect after Suspend

Sir,
I am using a HP Pavilion 15 p233 with Linux Mint 17.2.

Each time I close my laptop lid and the laptop goes into suspend mode, on resumig bluetooth and wifi no longer work. The bluetooth icon vanishes from the task-bar and wifi cannot be tuned on. I have to restart my computer to get those working again.

My laptop doesnt have any wifi on/off switch. F12 is used to turn on/off airplane mode but that just toggles the Soft blocked state and not the Hard blocked state.
