USB wifi problem TL-WDN3200 N600

Hows it going, i bought this new card, which i later found out is not linux plug and play, and being brand spanking new to linux, this is a major pain in the arse ive been looking for the driver for a couple of days now and from what i can gather, there doesnt seem to be a driver that will work with this mint.

This is the card:

Now the driver.
When i unpack and and make the file, i get an error at the end.

Being new to linux i thought id continue with the install. I get this error

So what is not working with the wifi? The ifconfig results look good.

Your internal wifi card should work with

Found the issue, i think the download has a few drivers. What was installing was the incorrect driver for me.

This blog shows how to fix it.It changes the code to the usb adapter your using, whoo hoo!!

3. Go to that directory and edit this file: os/linux/rt_linux.c. Replace lines 1206 and 1207 like this:

old lines:

pOSFSInfo->fsuid = current_fsuid();
pOSFSInfo->fsgid = current_fsgid();

new lines:

pOSFSInfo->fsuid = __kuid_val(current_fsuid());
pOSFSInfo->fsgid = __kgid_val(current_fsgid());
