Newest Mint 17.1 Cinnamon 32bit. Not working Wi-Fi

Hi, I have installed the newest linux mint to my laptop.
During the installation the software couldnot find my home wireless, so i plug ethernet cable.
after the installation and update, my laptop still not see the my home wifi.
On windows 7 there is no such problem.

Plug in the ethernet cable and launch Driver Manager. Install bcmwl-kernel-source and reboot.

above "bcmwl-kernel-source" it is written that "This Device is not working"
maybe I shoud do something else?

I can't see the screenshot, but I'd definitely try installing the bcmwl-kernel-source. Afterwards the device should be working.

I did like you told me to.
I installed driver and then reboot.
But unfortunately nothing changed.
I still cant see my home wifi. I even tried to connect with Hotspot made by my phone but still nothing. ;/

OK, then the non-free "wl" (bcmwl-kernel-source) apparently doesn't do the job.... Try the alternative:

1. First removal of the "wl":

2. Then install the alternative:
