Linux Mint 17 Rebecca Wireless Cponnection problem

I am using a Dell Optiplex 745 with an Intel processor. I updated to Mint 17 (Rebecca) from Mint 13 32 bit (Mate). I cannot make a wireless connection with Mint 17. The wireless worked fine on Mint 13. I have tried to fix using Network Connections and entering my SSID and Password without success. Any suggestions on what else I can try?
