Wow, thank you very much Albert and Jeremy for your help! The reset of the BIOS Settings worked. The touchsensitiv button isn't working but it is switched on now and i can use the WIFI now!

Thanks, i would not find a solution by myself! For me all this was quiet complicated and i hope i will make more confortable experience with linux.
