Hello my name is Hugo, I have installed linux mint in a portable airis n930, everything seems to work correctly with the exception of the network wifi, does not detect it, I have looked for some information and have tried several things, between them to update (firmware, board.. B43, etc), the final score is that I have not obtained nothing at all, I continue without being able to use the wifi, the card that it uses is a Ralink corp RT2500 .. I would like that someone was helping me.

I saw a previous post where installing wicd and using that program to configure wireless solved the problem.
Might be worth a try.
