I use AMD so the 3.2 kernel not good for me, because the power managment is terrible.

Could you install just to see if the wifi works normally? You would likely have to select that kernel in the grub menu to boot from it- my LM/Ubuntu laptops will always boot the highest numbered kernel by default regardless of the install order.

I would put the info in a bug report if you file one and nobody will fix it if they don't know something is wrong

Yes! The reinstall with v2.iso solved my problem.
