Wifi on mint 13 on hp presario cq56 stopped working

I have a laptop HP Presario CQ56(old enough) with Linux Mint Mate 13 64bit with Compiz WM if it matters

Problem: I was looking through the pictures on my local ftp server using caja and at one moment downloading stopped. Indicator of wifi has switched to red(wifi is off) and not switching back now and don't work. I tried to `play' with rfkill program, start/stop relevant to network services(as I can understand upstart jobs, such as rfkill-restore rfkill-store networking network-manager modemmanager and so on), unload/load kernel modules such as rtl8192se hp_wmi wmi rtlwifi and may be few other. The only one thing which make some reaction is ifconfig wlan0 up when rfkill list tells that all devices unblocked. This reaction is switching wifi indicator to white but wifi isn't working. Also in this case if I press wifi button then indicator switches to red and don't restores to white on next press.

What I can do for example to reset all upstart services to default value(when it works) or how to fix the problem

Problem `fixed' by switching to Linux Mint 17. Sorry for disturbing...
