Mint17 no longer can use wifi

I can't get online via wifi anymore. Mint16 worked fine on the same computer. Now 17 installed and no more wifi. Please help. Should I go back to 16? I'd really like to use 17.

Have you tried the additional driver tool?
Which desktop environment are you using?
