I found a USB wireless Adapter that works out of the box in Linux Mint 16 Mate 64
bit. It is a Panda 300Mbps Wireless N USB Adapter, Model No. PAU05 with Ralink chipset V 2.5. I just plugged it in and it was recognized. All I had to do was configure it.

D-Link DWL-G122 works out of box with all distros.
