Changing default terminal window size

Post by Nick Payne »

I've just installed Mint 16 Cinnamon amd64, and terminal in Mint 16 has no menu bar (every other app I've started so far has its normal menu bar). How do I change the default size at which the terminal window opens - in the past I've done this by using the Edit menu to change the default width and height.

Scratch that question - almost immediately after posting it I found the answer - right-click inside the terminal window and choose "Show Menubar", which allows me to change the default size.
