Intel DH55HC motherboard with embedded graphics, Clarkdale i3 processor
In trying to solve the problem of booting to a black screen, it appears I need to install? nomodeset somewhere, somehow. The ubuntu solution uses an icon that pops up and F6 to select nomodeset from a menu which appears. Since I get a black screen and no pop up, I can't figure out how to solve this problem in Mint. as I can't access anything? Any solutions will be appreciated.
