X Server failed to start....

Hi all, newbie here...I'm dealing with "x server failed to start, your graphical interface" error at bootup.
I have tried doing the following:
1. When the message about viewing the X server output came, I pressed Ctrl Alt F2
2. sudo Xorg -configure
3. sudo cp /home/agentcooper/xorg.conf.new /etc/X11/xorg.conf
4. startx

All I get is blank screen and have to manually restart the PC..this is mini box PC running AMD dual core with ATI video.
This is what I get after running sudo Xorg -configure, please see attached photo, looks like there some errors.

reboot

PS. You are using the computer as root (# )
