I have some suggestions for changing mintbotd text:

* mintbotd sets ban on <ip>
should become
* mintbotd sets ban on <ip>
* mintbotd suggests using dpaste.com next time

This would eliminate some confusion amongst new users.

mintbotd already has a message sent when it mutes someone. As for the addition telling people it's a bot, they only need to look at the name... 'mintbotd
