Split from the IRC Channel Rules & Guidelines topic, as this isn't about that. You provide no information as to which version and edition of Linux Mint you're using so I'll give a general reply: look for XChat, HexChat, Quassel, or Konversation. Those are the 4 possible IRC programs that come installed with Linux Mint (which you have depends on which Linux Mint version and edition you have).
