Every time the machine goes into hybernation mode, when wahking up the laptop monitor doesn't turn on and I don't find the way to turn it on back.
What do I have to change in order to avoid this behavior?

Do you get the impression the computer knows the screen is there but the display is black, such as, it is possible to move the mouse into that area and back again?
If so, it might be the screen backlight is not being turned on when returning from hibernation. Some people were saying that if you shine a light on the screen and look at it at the right angle, you could just make out the display was there, just varying shades of black on black! That was a problem with Xubuntu for ages; it took many months for a fix to be found although there were all sorts of different workarounds for different types of hardware. But there were people with Linux Mint complaining of the same problem in the same threads.

That's exactly, I just recover my laptop display after a restart
I tried to define a custom shortcut using xrandr and find out that cusotm's shortcut do not work on Cinamon 17.3 hahahahhaa
