[SOLVED]VOID theme issue with bar at bottom of screen

Post by Windowsfree2013 »

Hello,

Is there a way to modify this theme so the application bar is at the top or the screen not the bottom? I am using the VOID DARK theme.
I want it to look like the screenshot i found on google, bar at top.

Thank you,

I don't know, what you mean with "application bar"; probably you mean the panel. You can indeed place it at the top or at the bottom, this has nothing to do with the theme. The method to place the panel at the top is different for the versions of Mint, but you did not tell, which you use. Easiest way to find that out is to open a terminal and enter:

Code: Select all

inxi -Sz
Paste the output here.

I am not near my laptop but I am using LM17.2 with the Cinnamon DE. I am referring to the panel that has the menu button on it.

I also want to say thank you for your quick reply.

Please do not lick the panel.
Right-click the panel.
