Hi, I've just installed Mint and I want to have a desktop what looks like Elementary OS (It's something simmilar to OS X, but it's based on Ubuntu).
Ok that's all if somebody knows how to do this please help me.

Elementary OS uses a panel at the top and a dock at the bottom. In the Cinnamon settings you can configure your panel to appear on the top. There are various docks that you can install that should work on Cinnamon also. Like Cairo-Dock.
Freya is based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, like Linux Mint.

Ah, it has changed in recent version of Cinnamon. Right-click an empty spot on the panel and click on "Modify panel" and then choose "Move panel". Then click on the bar at the top of the screen to move it there.
