Linux Mint 17.2 x64 and Cinnamon 2.6.13 login twice

Hi,
I have this strange problem since installation of Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela: I have to login twice every time the screen goes dark. I have cinnamon-screensaver and gnome-screensaver running. Also here is the result from dpkg -l | grep screensaver:

ii cinnamon-screensaver 2.6.4+rafaela amd64 Cinnamon screen saver and locker
ii libxcb-screensaver0:amd64 1.10-2ubuntu1 amd64 X C Binding, screensaver extension

It's very annoying to login twice every time, so please help....

I am thinking maybe turn off one or the other screen-savers?
Check your 'Power management settings in system settings?
Cross your fingers or toes who knows! LOL
Can we have a little help here??

i wonder if this is the same problem i have. here its like this:
1 enter login details, press enter, wait, black screen
2 ctrl-alt-backspace
3 login again, everything works as it should

this only happens in about 1 in 4 times though
ive been suspecting it has something to do with my wireless mouse but im not sure

Yes, it is the same problem. It happens once at every 3 or 4 times when I login. If the cause of this is the gnome- or cinnamon-screensaver, then why it happens randomly?
