PC /w Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon 64 Bit & 2 AMD Radeon R5 230 Display Adapters.
With Windows 7, primary display is in Landscape (Normal Horizontal) mode &
second display is in Portrait (Rotated Vertical) mode. With Cinnamon the Desktop
Display Tool does not allow the second display to be rotated. Please fix.
