I have a problem with my Linux Mint Cinnamon setup. I already reported this the the Xorg developers as well as to the Unbuntu community but not solution of fix for this problem till now.
The Problem appears when the laptop lid is closed or the Laptop is set manually to suspend. After waking up the i915 DRM gets hung and the GFX acceleration becomes very slow.
I run:
