Since the upgrade to 17.2 my apcupsd is not longer starting up at boot. From /var/log/syslog I get the following message:
Jul 18 19:08:31 Mellowood apcupsd[1794]: apcupsd FATAL ERROR in linux-usb.c at line 609#012Cannot find UPS device --#012For a link to detailed USB trouble shooting information,#012please see <http://www.apcupsd.com/support.html>.
However, if I simply start it from a terminal:
bob$ sudo service apcupsd restart
It starts up just fine.
The ups I have has been working just fine in previous mint and ubuntu installs. So, I don't think there is a problem with either the config files of the unit.
