Thanks a lot.
By simply adding a dot at end of the file worked perfectly.
I should not have missed that thing in your first post.
I was not in my city for last 4 days so I could not tried that but today morning I applied that and worked perfectly.
Please guide me where to start if I get into Linux programming. By profession I am accountant. Should I start a new post for this query?
(Solved) cinnamon crashes login only in fallback mode

Re: cinnamon crashes login only in fallback mode
Ah, well, it works now. What more can either of us ask?
Your question about programming languages would do better in a new post (keeps the forums cleaner), but as a head start, I found these for you:
http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.p ... 8&t=149856
http://segfault.linuxmint.com/2013/05/p ... languages/ (Good read by Clem).
http://www.makeuseof.com/answers/progra ... age-linux/
I'm not a "developer" per se; my programming is more scientific/numerical in nature--such as calculating half-lives after set periods of time, finding intersections of rays with polygons, exponential behaviour, and other *boring* stuff--no game designing here! (I say "boring" in a general sense; I really enjoy what I do, but a lot of people would probably learn a language for other reasons such as creating games or "apps" or whatever.)
I use python 2 for this and I'm getting into numpy/scipy. I'm also probably going to move over to python 3 soon.
I'm happy with python for numerical use, so, although I can't say how suited it'll be for accounting, I'd recommend you looking into it. If you want some guides/help, feel free to PM me and I can try to find something. I can even look into any problem code if you like (although I promise no great breakthroughs. I'm still beginning myself )
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the informative and wonderful links provided by you. I am starting with Java and css programming. Once get some confidence then I will move towards C++ .
Without your support its not possible for me to understand and learn CLI and backup process.
