I want to be able to choose if internet access is started at login or not (parential control). In Debian/Mate there is a start program control. At the desktop I go to "preferences-settings-startprograms" and can switch applications that are started at boot on or off, for example "network". With this feature I can choose if my son has access to internet or not. I cannot find this facility in 17.1 Cinnamon.
