Nemo - how to configure so double-click opens a file/folder
How may I configure NEMO, THUNAR or some other file manager so when I double-click on a folder, it opens that folder, and when I double click on a file, it uses the default app to open the file? TY.

In Nemo, both these events are already done that way by default.
In Nemo, you do have the option to open files with a single click. You will find that option in Edit, Preferences, Behaviour.
