Bug when leaving standby mode

Hi there, I'd like to get some help to fix an issue become really boring.
When leaving the standby mod / hibernate, my interface is messed up, I have some graphical glitches. Images worth better than words in some situation, check the attached image.

To solve this, I just restart the graphical interface using

Code: Select all

sudo service mdm stop
sudo service mdm start
Does anyone would have a way to fix it ? I had already this bug with Mint 16...
