I come to the office today and I boot my computer (Mint 17 Cinnamon) as usual. Suddenly, everything (except websites) is drawn HUGE. See the screenshot:
I didn't play with any settings lately. This is my work computer. It seems like when I try to take a screenshot, it's a quarter in size though.
How can I change this back to non-retina-like proportions?

Re: Cinnamon is suddenly HUGE
Now thanks to reading this: http://segfault.linuxmint.com/2014/03/h ... -cinnamon/
I figured out a setting for hugeness. Titlebars and mousecursor are still huge, but windows are now normal.
Now since this has always been set to auto, why would this suddenly go autodetect double?

Sounds like an office prank to me... Are there any known pranksters among your co-workers?

No I'm pretty thorough locking my computer for every second I'm away.
I think we posted at the same time. I posted a message right before you where I found the solution. I rebooted, and now the titles and mouse cursor are also back to normal.
This leaves me with the puzzling wonder why this "auto" setting suddenly chooses "HiDPI/Double" over "normal". I haven't made configuration- or hardware-changes in a year.
