I'm working with two external monitors. Sometimes I work only on main display and the second display is not used long time. Is it possible to set turn off display after any time period automatically when not used?

I worked around it... I set black wallpaper and when there is no any app window on the second display, it is black (power save) 
... but there is another issue: after some time, monitor turns off and not wake up automatically when try to move any app window on it. I must swich it on manually. I'm not sure if it is possibe to do it all automatically.
